     Product description     

The DMEGC DMxxxG12RT-B66HSW is a high-power N-type bifacial double-glass solar module designed for large commercial and utility-scale PV installations. Available in power ratings from 640 to 665 W, it achieves up to 24.6% front-side module efficiency, while the bifacial design can generate additional energy from light reaching the rear side.

The module uses 132 N-type monocrystalline cells, a 2 mm + 2 mm double-glass construction, and an IP68 junction box. It is supplied with 1.4 m landscape cables and MC4-EVO 2A connectors. Designed for demanding environments, it supports a maximum system voltage of 1,500 V DC, operates from −40 to +85 °C, and withstands test loads of up to 5,400 Pa on the front and 2,400 Pa on the rear. It comes with a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty, guaranteeing at least 87.4% output after 30 years.
