Whistleblowing

Aprilice's whistleblowing service is a special reporting channel that facilitates reporting on misconduct or irregularities of public interest, as well as violations of EU law related to the activities of Installatörsföretagen. There is often a public interest if the misconduct is serious. Reporting can be done anonymously.

The whistleblowing service can be used by individuals who, in a work-related context, have or have had a relationship with Aprilice. This could include employees, job seekers, contractors, or interns. It should also be in this type of relationship with Aprilice that you have encountered the misconduct you want to report.

When should the whistleblowing service be used?
The whistleblowing service allows you to report misconduct where there is a public interest in the information coming to light. This includes both actions and omissions. It could, for example, involve:
Environmental protection
Consumer rights
Public health
Personal data management
Serious crimes
Serious workplace deficiencies

As a whistleblower, you should have reasonable grounds to believe that the information is true to be protected by whistleblower laws. The term "reasonable grounds to believe the information is true" refers to knowledge of the reported conditions that lies somewhere between actual evidence and unfounded rumors or hearsay.
